L'Eixample is well loved for its vibrant atmosphere, both by families and students. This apartment is a short walk to Parc Gulliver, as well as a metropolitan area to the south west filled with restaurants, shops and amenities. The Xàtiva Metro station is also only 14 minutes away on foot, meaning you're always well connected to greater Valencia.
