With a generous 68 m² footprint on Carrer del Transformador, this apartment has a tidy kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator and dual sinks, and a large bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The Nuevo Centro shopping mall is around 20-minutes away on foot or by bus, and there is a supermarket and pharmacy within a 5-minute walk. The large Parc de Benicalap is a 5-minute walk away, and is a great place to enjoy good weather.

Bedroom 1 is a tidy room with bunk beds, a chest of drawers and a window looking on the street. A desk can be added if needed.
What we liked the most
- The living room is a great place to relax with the live-in landlady.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.
- Each room has a window to let in plenty of natural light.
