There are rooms for rent in this cosy 3-bedroom apartment on Street Guillem Ferrer in La Saïdia. This property comes fully furnished with plenty of comfortable furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped and has glossy hardwood countertops and tiled floors, alongside a huge fridge and a large sink. The bathroom has exotic blue tiling and a standing shower.
In La Saïdia, you will be quite central. The apartment is extremely close to a shopping mall, Nuevo Centro, and about 12 minutes away from the nearest Metro station. There are several large parks in the area, such as Marxalenes, and another large green area containing several museums, including Modern Art Museum, Prehistoric Museum, and Centro De Dia Museo.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed. It is fully furnished, with a small desk which can hold a laptop, and a standing wardrobe which provides plenty of storage. A large window lets in plenty of natural light, and shows off how colourful and vibrant this room is.
