The apartment is welcomed by a cafe-style common space which is perfect for working. It has been designed and decorated to be quite the modern apartment. All the rooms are well furnished and have their own distinct style. It is an ideal apartment for students, not only because of the location as it is located near the student district, but because of the rooms and design of the apartment as well.
The area is surrounded by various restaurants and bars such as Nimes, Bar Bocateria and Al Plato. For cultural trips, you can go to Monestir Sant Miquel dels Reis, which is only 10 minutes away, by foot. It is a monastery that was founded in the 16th century. Built in Renaissance style, the monastery has a magnificent portal and beautiful garden inside. While there are various local shops close by you can also go to the commercial center; Arena Multiespacio, which is only 15 minutes walk away.

Bedroom 2 is one of the most beautiful room in the apartment. It has been decorated with vintage yet modern style, with Audrey Hepburn vibes. It is furnished with a double bed, shelves, a desk, and a large mirror to adore yourself in.

- There are several restaurants, bars, and even medical centers in close proximity, thus the location is very convenient and central as well.
