This spacious 3-bedroom apartment is located only 5 minutes walk away from the beach! It comes with a cosy living room and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is newly renovated with parquet floor, double glazed windows with shutters in the bedrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and receive a lot of natural light. If you are looking towards spending your days near the beach, this apartment is the one to pick!
There are several restaurants and bars alongside the beach that you can go to. The location is also perfect for anyone who is studying in IES Isabel de Villena as it is only 3 minutes away, by foot.
