This ample and bright 4 bedroom apartment has 4 double rooms for rent. There is 1 shared bathroom and 1 of the rooms has its own ensuite. Common amenities provided include a living area with a flat screen TV, a huge kitchen/dining room with an oven, a gas stove and a microwave, and 1 washing machine. This fantastic apartment is really big, with a floor area 168 sqm, providing more than enough space for 4 people to comfortably live under the same roof! This exterior flat is located on Plaza del Horticultor Corset, a centric and very nice area of Valencia known as Extramurs, close to the metro and the beautiful Jardín del Turia, one of the most visited urban parks not only in Valencia, but in the whole of Spain!

This room has an entrance hallway equipped with a built-in wardrobe and is furnished with a double bed, a desk and a shelving unit. It also has a small private terrace overlooking an interior patio.

What we liked the most
- As you enter the apartment you will find a hallway with a large wardrobe with mirrored doors, providing additional storage space to be shared among all tenants.
- There is a small but cozy living area where you will find a sofa, a coffee table and a large flat screen TV.
- The kitchen is huge and offers heaps of space to store food items and kitchen accessories. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs.
- Bedroom 2 has its own ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
- Bedroom's 1 and 4 have their own private terraces.
- Wi-fi and cleaning is included in the rent.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only 1 shared bathroom but bedroom 2 has its own ensuite, so it will only be shared by 3 people.
- Even-though you cannot see crockery and other cooking/dining utensils in the photos and video, the kitchen will be fully equipped.
