Located in Malilla neighborhood, which is just a few minute bus ride away from Central Valencia, this flat offers spacious rooms, furnished, and filled with a lot of light. The apartment is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and bars, as well as bus stations that will take you into the city center. You'll also benefit from a long balcony where you can hang your clothes and enjoy the views. The area of the apartment is 80m2.
