This whole 4th floor apartment just shines with sunlight and luckily, Valencia has a lot of sun. We're proud to present these comfortable 5 bedrooms available in this fully furnished apartment located on Carrer de Pere Aleixandre, just moments away from City of Arts and Sciences and 15 minute walk from Valencia's city centre. The apartment is beautifully decorated and is ideal for students. The area of this large apartment is 120 m² and the tenants will have to share two bathrooms. This is an exterior apartment with views on the courtyard. The district of L'Eixample is excellent for students as it's vibrant and close to the center of the city, but still very near to the Valencia beach.

- The large windows in the apartment offer a lot of light, not just to the living room and kitchen, but also all five rooms.
- The apartment is in an area full of students that is quickly becoming the most vibrant area in Valencia.
- The fully furnished kitchen features everything you might need during your stay, which means you won't have to worry about anything on your arrival.
- Along with the balcony in Bedroom 1, the apartment also has a communal balcony with views onto the surrounding streets.
Things to keep in mind
- While the apartment may not be close to the metro station, you have plenty of bus stations nearby and the city centre is a 15 minute walk away.
