This spacious 5-bedroom apartment in the Benimaclet district of Valencia has move-in ready rooms available to rent to students. An exterior property, the apartment receives plenty of natural light. With an area of 200 m², everything here is big: the equipped kitche, the living room, and of course the 2 huge terraces.
Benimaclet is a lively and student-friendly neighborhood. On Avenida del Primado Reig, you have shops across the street and are less than a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Jardines de Real.

What we liked the most
- This flat is in the Benimaclet district, situated so that it is close to several other districts of Valencia.
- Bedroom 1 has a bathroom en-suite and its own entrance to the smaller terrace.
- The flat not only has one large terrace, but an additional larger one that can be entered through the large laundry area.
- Bedroom 5 has its own entrance to the larger terrace.
- This flat is within a short walking distance to the beautiful Jardines de Real.
- The kitchen has a large fridge, as well as an unattached freezer.
