The floor area of this shared apartment is 200sqm and offers two well-equipped bathrooms that will be shared among tenants. The apartment has a modern yet vintage feel to it, with rustic decor and modern details found in the bedrooms and bathrooms.The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to Valencia´s historic area, with many commercial shops nearby, and is also near the Catholic University of Valencia Campus. For those who love the outdoors, there are many parks and gardens located next to the river Túria, which is a short walking distance away. As an added convenience, air conditioning is available in most rooms, perfect for the hot summers of Valencia.

Bedroom 4 is one of the smaller rooms, furnished with a single bed and desk. However, you have private access to a 2nd room which you can use as your closet and storage area.

What we liked the most
- The 2 bathrooms to share are renovated, with bathroom 2 offering both a shower and a bathtub.
- There is a window which separates the kitchen and the living room which allows for more natural light and the sensation of spaciousness.
- The kitchen is extremely spacious with lots of storage and comes equipped with a dishwasher and an oven.
- There is a washing machine located in the laundry room, which is connected to the kitchen.
- Each bedroom has an independent key.
- There are 2 elevators in the apartment building.
- The windows in the living room are double pane, allowing for a quiet home.
Things to keep in mind
- Some of the bedrooms have windows facing the street which may allow for some noise.
- A/C units are available in all rooms, except for bedroom 4.
- Parking is available in the apartment building, for cars (100€ per month) or bikes (50€ per month).
