A sunny studio apartment with an enormous rooftop terrace is available to rent in a building designed by the famed architect F. Javier Goerlich in trendy Rufaza. The apartment has a spacious main room, where you will find a cozy sofa-bed, a large double bed, a round dining table, and lots of storage space for all your things.
From the main room, you can step out onto the incredible terrace-- the perfect spot for having a few drinks with friends on a warm, summer day.
The kitchen is small but practical, with a microwave, a 2-burner stove, and a washing machine. The bathroom is spacious, with beautiful wood-beam ceilings and a lovely walk-in shower.
You'll be living in Rufaza, 1 of Valencia's most popular and fun neighborhoods. You'll have it all nearby, with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs, and shops on every corner around the apartment. And, with the Estació de Bailén just a short walk from your doorstep, you'll never be far from the excitement in Valencia!
