This 1-bedroom apartment for rent comes fully furnished and provides a very cozy home. The bedroom receives plenty of sunlight and the warm colours on the walls complement the light. The living room has a huge musical library, comfortable couch, and big flat-screen TV. There is 1 bathroom and 1 toilet room.
The apartment is located on a tree-lined residential street in Währing, Vienna's 18th district. This area is very student friendly and you have the convenience of having supermarkets close by and a metro stop less than a 10-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is well decorated and receives plenty of natural light.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove top, microwave, and dishwasher.
- The apartment has a very elegant bathroom and 1 toilet room.
- The metro station is less than a 10-minute walk away.
- The neighbourhood is very quiet and well connected by public transport.
Things to keep in mind
- The bed in the bedroom is a loft bed, but it is a queen-size mattress.
- There is no elevator in the building.
