This 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the district of Favoriten provides true luxury. The open-concept living room and kitchen is a big and bright space, fully equipped and well-furnished. The double bedroom has a huge wardrobe and opens up onto a balcony which leads to a larger terrace with a beautiful scenic views.
Located on Triester Straße, the apartment is in a green residential area. About 5 minutes way you have a commercial center where you can find plenty of shops. You are also well-connecte by the U-bahn, with a station a 10-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- There is both a balcony and terrace perfect for barbeques with friends or laying out and enjoying the good weather.
- There is a great view with plenty of trees and mountains in sight.
- Need to relax? You can use your elegant soaker tub or relax in your massage jet shower.
- There is a separate laundry room.
- No need for slippers in winter thanks to your heated floors!
