This 1-bedroom apartment available to rent offers an elegant and spacious property with a larger balcony that keeps it sun-filled and fresh. From the entrance, you have a small corridor which leads you to the large living room furnished with a big L-shaped couch, dining table for 6, and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen corner is attached and comes fully equipped with appliances such as a dishwasher and coffee machine. The bedroom is quite spacious and there is a separate shower and toilet room.
Vienna's 5th district, Margareten, was once considered outside of the city limits but is now a diverse residential district just 20 minutes from the city center. On Am Hundstrum, you are surrounded by several small parks and have basic amenities such as pharmacies, grocery stores, and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. There are several bus stops nearby and a line 4 U-bahn station.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is furnished with stylish and elegant decor.
- The big balcony windows let in plenty of natural light.
- We love the spacious bedroom with a comfy double bed.
- You can reach the city center in less than 30 minutes.
