This modern 2-bedroom apartment on Carl-Appel Straße, in Favoriten is fashionably furnished and has an open plan kitchen. The 81 m² property has a spacious living room that opens out onto a lovely balcony with an excellent view. There is also a pool, sauna and a gym in the building!
The apartment is located in Favoriten, south of the city centre. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars within easy reach, as well as public transport to get you around town.
What we liked the most
- The neighbourhood is nice and well connected.
- The apartment is very stylish and has modern furnishings throughout.
- Heating is installed to keep you warm in winter.
- The kitchen is open plan and well equipped.
- Take a dip in the rooftop pool on hot summer days!
