This is a cool and spacious 2-bedroom apartment for rent on Gierstergasse. It has a very large living room that can actually be used as a second bedroom if desired. There's a double bed, pull-out sofa, glass-top coffee table, and a flat-screen television in this room. The bed is very unique, as it has some trendy LED lighting underneath. This room is well lit by natural light from four windows. The bedroom also has a double bed and large window to let in the sunlight. There's another sofa in the kitchen and dining area, as well as a 4-seat dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped. It even has a dishwasher and an oven. There are also 2 bathrooms in this apartment, each of which has a walk-in shower.
The neighborhood of Meidling is situated a bit southwest of the city center. This apartment is very close to the Wien river, and has convenient access to public transportation, so you can get to the center in about 15 minutes with the U4 U-Bahn line. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. If you enjoy working out, there's an Iron Fist Gym just 5-minutes away on foot. You can also walk to the HOFER supermarket in about 7 minutes to pick up your groceries.
What we liked the most
- There is plenty of space in this apartment. The living room can also double as a bedroom, so you'll have plenty of room for guests.
- The kitchen is large and has all of the conveniences you need, including a dishwasher.
- This apartment is very well decorated and has a great style that will make you feel right at home from the first day.
