The interior of this flat has plenty of character, as it is situated in a central, historic building. The property boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, so you can cook for yourself or with friends, and there is a bathroom including a shower, a basin and a separate toilet. Furthermore, the apartment has all the amenities (including a dishwasher and washing machine) you will need and smoking is allowed. The live-in landlord uses the other four rooms of the flat.
Wieden is the 4th district of Vienna, and is situated very close to the city centre. As a result, there are plenty of museums, bars, restaurants and cafés near to the apartment. This property is ideal for students, as the Vienna University of Technology is just 8 minutes away. Tenants can walk just 1 minute to reach Taubstummengasse metro station.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is unique and quirky, decorated with charming furniture and antiques. This room has a set of twin beds which are situated on a mezzanine floor. You will find everything you need, including a comfortable bed, a walk-in closet with lots of space for your belongings, as well as a desk to study or work. There is also a sofa, comfy chairs and various side tables and a TV set in the room. The stairs lead up to the sleeping area so you have a lot of floor space to use (25 sqm downstairs and 12 sqm upstairs). No couples allowed.
