The apartment is cosy and compact and feels very welcoming, a great new home for people just arriving in the city or looking to relocate. It would make a lovely place to live for both students and young professionals.
Meidling is Vienna's 12th district and is a diverse district in terms both of residents and architecture, from the north side next to the Wien river to the green area of Grünberg, and you can pass from sleepy windy streets to life and energy in just a couple of minutes. Close to the property is a Lidl, ideal for budget shopping, and also the Friedhof Meidling park, perfect for weekend picnics.
