A large room is available to rent in this charming, 2-bedroom apartment shared with the live-in landlord. The apartment is bright and home-y, and has high ceilings which make it feel very airy. The rooms are large and well furnished, and the kitchen is well equipped and modern. There is a separate bathroom and toilet room for convenience, and you will find a washing machine in the bathroom.
You will be living in Neubau, Vienna's 7th district - one of the most trendy areas of the city. This is a great place to live for shopaholics, with lots of busy shopping districts nearby, and also great for foodies, as the streets here are lined with restaurants and cafes. The apartment is central in the city, and there is plenty to see in the nearby museum district, next to Heldenplatz, about a 20-minute walk away. The University of Vienna is also within walking distance, or a short journey on public transport.

Bedroom 1 is a very bright and spacious room, with a high ceiling and large windows. The room has a desk, a double sofa bed, lots of shelving and a large wardrobe.

- This is a very stylishly furnished and well equipped apartment.
- The room for rent is large and bright, and will be a very pleasant home.
- Transport around the city from here is great, making it easy to see all of Vienna's sights.
- You will be surrounded by shopping and restaurants, great for foodies and shopaholics!
