This beautiful apartment for rent opens into a long and spacious corridor. To the left is the landlord's bedroom and kitchen, and further down the hall you will find your bedroom as well as a full bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen is the only shared space in this apartment. With all the appliances along one wall, there is plenty of counter space to put together a nice meal. Each of the spaces in this apartment have large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
Located near Mariahilfer Strasse, Vienna's main shopping street, you will never be far from the latest fashions. What's more, you're a mere 4-minute walk from Westbahnstr./Neubaugasse, the nearest light rail station. You'll find cultural gems everywhere you turn, with Galerie Vernissage right across the street from the apartment. SPAR Gourmet is the nearest grocery store and is just a 3-minute walk away from home.
