There is a room for rent in this central 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a live-in landlord in Innere Stadt. The property has a kitchen with everything you need to cook including an oven, as well as a shared bathroom with a shower over bath, toilet and a large mirror.
The Vienna Universty of Technology is a quick 6-minute walk away, and there are a few restaurants and bars within a 15-minute walk. There are also several parks ripe for exploring in Innere Stadt including Stadtpark, Volksgarten and Heldenplatz.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport, so it's easy to explore the rest of Vienna.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- This apartment is on the 4th floor and has an elevator.
- The University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna is only a 15-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- The wardrobe in the corridor is shared between the landlord and tenant.
- The landlord will not provide a standard contract but will sign a written agreement with you.
- There is a terrace in the building but it is currently undergoing refurbished works and will open again soon.
