There are rooms for rent in this 3 bedroom apartment with a live-in landlord on Schönbrunner Straße, in Meidling. This spacious 105m² property is beautifully decorated with lots of personality! The fully equipped kitchen is bright and colourful with a separate dining area. There is a separate toilet on the first floor for your convenience, while the main bathroom is unique with a slanted wall, with a shower and bath. This apartment also has a large terrace with furnishings, perfect for you to soak up the sun.
This apartment is located in a great area with many types of public transport nearby along with many cafes, restaurants, and shopping needs. A large park, with a zoo, garden, popular cafe and the Gloriette attraction is just 30 minutes away. A 13 minute bus ride will also take you to all the main university campuses.
