Spotahome's opinion
This 20 m² studio apartment is immaculately presented, and is available to rent in the Landstraße district of the city. The charming space is decorated in bright and cheerful colours, detailed with artwork and ornaments to make it homey. The kitchen is small, but has a 2-burner stove, and is completely modern, as is the spotless bathroom. The living area has a sofa which folds out to a double bed, a small dining table, and plenty of storage.
If you're a fan of culture and architecture, this location is ideal; Belvederegarten, with its multiple 18th century palaces and landscaped gardens is just moments from the door. This is a calm and residential area of the city, full of museums and beautiful buildings, with a few local shops and cafes scattered around. Also Technische Universität Wien is just a 10-minute walk from the studio.
What we liked the most
- Everything in the apartment is absolutely immaculate.
- There are some very cool bookshelves above the TV. Check them out. Stylish!
- Although this is a quieter area of the city, you won't have to walk far to find anything you need, and the city centre is only 20-minutes away on foot.
- This is the perfect location from which to enjoy a Viennese summer, with several parks within just a few minutes of the studio.
