This studio apartment is available to rent in Favoriten. The apartment comprises a carpeted room with a single bed and desk, with shelving. There is a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. There is also a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower.
You will be living in Favoriten, on the outskirts of Vienna. There is a Hofer supermarket on the other side of the road, which is very convenient, and some local bars and cafes a few minute's walk away.
What we liked the most
- The studio is painted in bright, warm colours.
- You will have a private, modern bathroom.
- There is a supermarket just across the street, very convenient.
- Kurpark Oberlaa is about a 20-minute walk from the apartment – a huge, beautiful park filled with lakes and landscaped gardens.

- The studio does not have a full kitchen. However it has a kitchenette, with crockery and cutlery, along with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
