This modern studio apartment with a balcony is located on Kaisermühlenstraße in Donaustandt. The fully furnished 45 m² open plan living space is tastefully decorated and has a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed and plenty of storage space throughout.
Donaustandt is a largely residential area of Vienna and the contrast between the parks, the Danube river, urban cafes and industrial architecture is a charming feature of the region, and you will find it all close to the property.
