Available to rent in Northern Vienna is this 18 m² studio apartment. It has a single bed, a large, wall-mounted, flat-screen television, and a comfortable armchair, as well as a breakfast bar where you can enjoy your meals. There is a kitchenette which has a small electric stove and a microwave. The building has a communal laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer, and there is also a rooftop terrace which looks out over Vienna.
The apartment is located in the north of Vienna where you are about 40 minutes from the city centre by foot or 20 minutes if you use public transport. The property is located right between the vast Augarten park and the Danube river, meaning you can easily enjoy a weekend picnic in a green and open area or take a riverside stroll, all while staying centrally located.
Please note that studios in this building are all furnished identically, and therefore Spotahome is using the photo set from one rentable unit to represent multiple units in the building. The only notable difference between units in this building are in total area, monthly rent and whether or not they have balconies.
What we liked the most
- We loved the rooftop terrace and its views of Vienna!
