This colourful studio apartment with 1-bathroom has a 25 m² footprint on Franzensgasse in Margareten. The combined living area, bedroom and kitchen is equipped with a double bed, sofa bed, 2-burner stove and sink. The small but well-equipped bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
The Naschmarkt is around a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants available around this apartment. The Haus des Meeres Aqua Terra Zoo is only a 10-minute walk away as well, so there is plenty to explore.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is a large window to let in plenty of natural light.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The Vienna University of Technology is just over a 10-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- The refrigerator is half-sized, but suitable for 1-2 people.
- The washing machines and dryers are located in the common laundry room.
