This 38 m² studio apartment is available for rent in Landstraße, Vienna. The bedroom and living area has a double bed, a desk, several comfortable armchairs, and a table and chairs, as well as a flat-screen television and a standalone wardrobe. The kitchen is full-equipped with cutlery and crockery and also has an oven, a microwave, a 4-burner gas stove, and a dishwasher, while the bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower/ bathtub. There is also a communal terrace on which smoking is allowed.
The apartment is on a quiet street, but there is a small shopping mall and a supermarket nearby. There is also a public swimming pool - great for getting in shape! Kardinal-Nagl-Platz U-Bahn station is a 7-minute walk away, so it's easy to get around Vienna!
