This 33 m² studio apartment is located in Leopoldstadt in the heart of Vienna City Center. On the 3rd floor, the apartment has big windows that fill the room with natural light. There is wood flooring throughout, and it comes furnished with a double bed, couch, dining table, and television. Although there are no doors, the equipped kitchen is tucked away, creating 2 separate living spaces.
On Erlafstraße, the studio is in a great central location. You are a 15-minute walk to the Danube River and have the popular Volksprater park just a few minutes away. On the surrounding streets, you can find plenty of cafes and restaurants. To move around town, you also have several bus and Metro stops nearby.
