This stylish 45 m² studio apartment with a double bed and 1-bathroom is for rent on Habichergasse in Ottakring. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, including an oven, and opens on to an equally well-equipped living room with a sofa, table and chairs and TV.
The Lugner City shopping mall is only a 10-minute walk away, so you won't need to go far for the essentials. The University of Vienna is under half an hour away by bus, while the Universitäts- Sportzentrum Schmelz is only a 15-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The living room is a great space to relax at the end of the day.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The studio has a wardrobe, shelving and a desk so there is plenty of storage space for your belongings.
Things to keep in mind
- The bed in the apartment folds out into a double bed.
- This apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. There are plans to install an elevator but currently no date is scheduled for this.
