This bright studio apartment is available for rent on Liechtensteinstrasse in Alsergrund. The property opens out onto a charming private patio and has a modern kitchen with all the appliances and furnishings you might need. The kitchen leads into a bright living room with large windows and an L-shaped sofa that converts into a sizeable, comfortable bed. There is also a small, well-equipped bathroom which has a shower and toilet.
This apartment is located in a beautiful part of Vienna. Within a short walk you can find multiple bars, shops and cafes. You're also located on the edge of a small park. There are great transport links that give you access to the rest of the city.
What we liked the most
- The entrance way is spacious with a large mirror-fronted cupboard so you can see exactly how you look just before leaving the apartment.
- The patio is private and sheltered. There is a 4 person table and pot plants decorating the space.
- The bathroom is very clean and newly renovated. It also has a very cool, infinite mirror!
- The living room has plenty of natural light making it feel very spacious and comfortable.
- This apartment is located right next door to a brewery and pub, if you love beer, you'll love it here!
Things to keep in mind
- There is no washing machine or dryer in this apartment, however, there is a laundromat a 3-minute walk away.
- There is no AC in this apartment but there are windows which could be opened out, and a lovely patio to hang out in on a hot day!
