This stylish studio apartment to rent on Dreihausgasse is on the 1st floor. The entrance hall has a large wardrobe where you can store your coats and other items. Directly in front of the door is a modern bathroom with a sizable shower cabin. Turning right from the hallway, you enter an open-plan space. There are two large windows and wood floors. It’s furnished with a double bed, sofa bed, 2-seat table, and TV. The cool kitchenette is fully equipped and you get a quiet view toward your small street.
Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus is considered to be the most diverse in terms of multiculturalism. It’s also an neighborhood on the rise. You’re as likely to cross paths with as many Turkish restaurants as you are Balkan cafés, pizzerias, and pop-up shops and bars. Your new home is near Schönbrunn Palace. Auer-Welsbach-Park is 10 minutes away. There is a bakery around the corner and you’ll find markets within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The studio is more spacious than you might think.
- Everything is modern and stylish.
- A choir of birds serenades you in the summer, but otherwise it’s quiet.
- Public transportation is close by, and so is the supermarket.
