At 70m², the apartment has an ample living room and kitchen, as well as 2 balconies and a separate toilet and bathroom. The first bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe and opens onto 1 of the balconies. It also has a desk, making it perfect for a student or child to study in. The second bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
The apartment is located in a residential area close to the Gėlužė lake. There is a supermarket in the next block over, and a medical center within a 10-minute walk, as well as a bus stop nearby.
