There is a dining table that seats 3, 2 seats at the breakfast bar and a TV. There are 2 shared bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and toilet and the upstairs bathroom has a bath/shower combo and toilet.
Nearby this apartment is a grocery store as well as multiple University campuses. Just a 20 minute walk is the Pavilnių Regional Park, a large park that has nature and recreational activities including hiking trails, picnic spots and places to ski in winter.

Things to keep in mind
- This is far from the city centre but is well connected by bus and is very close to University - great for students.
- There is no AC in this apartment.
