The building of this studio apartment for rent on Kalvarijų g. doesn’t have an elevator. However, you’re located on the 3rd floor, so it’s not a long or arduous trip up the stairs. The open-concept space and furnishings are modern. The bathroom, which has a shower cabinet, is close to the front door. The living space has wonderful flooring. There are 4 large windows, which add a lot of charm, not to mention sunlight, to the space. It’s furnished with a double bed, comfy armchair, TV, and 2-seat table. The kitchen is spacious with lots of cupboards, and the clothing area is tucked away down a small hallway.
Šnipiškės is a business and residential area close to the Neris River. It’s also only 15 minutes away from the city center. Although the neighborhood is filled with office buildings and shopping malls, you’ll find quite a bit to do here. The National Art Gallery is a 10-minute walk away. You can also catch performances at Vilniaus Kamerinis Teatras, which is 15 minutes away. There is a grocery store around the corner, and you’ll find plenty of restaurants when you want to dine out.
What we liked the most
- The little hallway to the wardrobe is great. Your clothes are out of sight and away from the kitchen.
- On hot summer days, you’ll appreciate the air conditioning!
- The L-shaped kitchen is fairly large for a studio.
- Almost everything is within walking distance, including downtown.
