This modern studio apartment on Asfaltowa, Stary Mokotów, is a bright and beautifully furnished apartment. This 40 m² property has a kitchen, living area, bedroom area with a double bed, and a separate bathroom.
Located in Stary Mokotów, a neighbourhood known for being quiet and peaceful, while being a quick journey from the city centre. There are a range of restaurants and cafés just a short walk from this property, as well as the ROD Odyńca community garden.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has several large windows which let a lot of natural light in.
- The bathroom is very modern, and is equipped with a large shower and the washing machine.
- The kitchen area is fully equipped, and has a table and chairs to eat meals.
- The living area has a large sofa bed, and a television.
- The bedroom area has a very large wardrobe, offering plenty of storage space.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen doesn't have an oven, but it does have a nice stovetop.
- The fridge is small, but it has plenty of space for 2 tenants.
