This 30 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in L'Eixample Esquerra. A fully renovated property, which can fit 2 people, it offers an elegant rustic bedroom with a spacious en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, you have an open and modern space with a fully equipped kitchen that has a breakfast bar separating it from the living room. With plenty of stool seating, the breakfast bar is a great place to have a nice dinner with friends.
The apartment is located in the middle-class neighborhood of L'Eixample Esquerra. Although you can find families, this area is also popular with students attending the University of Barcelona, just a 5-minute walk away. Just around the corner you have restaurants such as 100 Montaditos and shops such as Adidas and Zara,.
