A stunning, 70 m² 3-bedroom apartment is available to rent in El Raval. Located in a recently renovated building, everything in the apartment is new, and the decor is stylish and modern. The living room has a comfy sofa, gorgeous wooden floors, and full-length windows which let in loads of light. The balcony is small but has an awesome view of the plaça below. You also have a state-of-the-art kitchen with up-to-date appliances.

You will be living on Carrer de les Floristes de la Rambla, right next to the famous La Boquería market in El Raval which is arguably one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in Barcelona. Liceu metro station and Las Ramblas are just some of the well-known spots on your doorstep.

What we liked the most

  • Everything in the apartment is new, and even the common areas in the building have been renovated.
  • There is a cute balcony overlooking a lively plaça - how nice!
  • There is central AC, gorgeous wooden floors, and new appliances.
  • You won't find a better location - imagine living just footsteps away from Las Ramblas!
