This 3-storey, 4-bedroom house available to rent provides an elegant and well-decorated home in the peaceful Sants district. With an area of 200 m², there is a parking garage, terrace, and balcony. There is 1 bedroom located next to the garage, and the other 3 are on the 2nd floor. The stylish living room receives plenty of natural light opening up to a balcony, but you also have the huge terrace connected to the dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen and 2 full bathrooms.
The house is located on a quiet, residential street but is only minutes away from a main avenue. Nearby you have a Mercadona grocery store, cocktail bars, bakeries, and the Mercat de Sants. You have everything you need in this area, but can easily jump on the metro and head to the city center.
