This modern 1-bedroom apartment on Ronda del General Mitre, Sarria has been recently renovated and is ready to rent. The 50m ² property has a very tidy bathroom, a large bright living area, and an equipped kitchen.

The apartment is located in Sarria, one of the more upscale areas in Barcelona. This beautiful neighbourhood sits at the foot of the Collserola mountains and has plenty of shops and restaurants to explore.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is brand new and equipped with an oven.
  • The apartment has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition.
  • There is a tidy tiled bathroom with a large shower.
  • The living room is bright and furnished with a comfortable sofa and dining table.
  • The bedroom has a very spacious built-in wardrobe.

Things to keep in mind

  • At the time of our visit there was no fridge in the kitchen. The landlord has confirmed one will be installed before the tenant moves in.
