This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is located on Carrer de Sant Martí in the Raval section of Barcelona. This area is right in the center of the city with the best attractions all within walking distance of your apartment. This area is ideal for those looking to live right in the center of the city. For postgraduate students studying at the campus of the Universitat de Barcelona (UB) or the Pompeu Fabra right in the Barri Gòtic, you’ll have your classes and the best of the city right at your fingertips. You also can go shop at two of Barcelona’s most famous markets that sandwich El Raval: La Boquería and El Mercat de Sant Antoni. The area of the apartment is 60 m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has A/C, perfect for humid Barcelona summers
- The kitchen has an oven and a dishwasher (perfect for those not wanting to hand wash their dishes) and opens out into the living room
- The living room and dining area are separate with plenty of room for entertaining
- La Rambla del Raval is just half a block from the apartment and can be seen from Bedroom 1
Things to keep in mind
- Utilities, bed linen and towels are not included.
- The washing machine is in the bathroom (this is normally in the kitchen in Spanish apartments)
- Bedroom 1 has two single beds put together instead of one double bed
