This three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on Passeig d’Isabel II in Barcelona’s trendy El Born district. El Born is full of beautiful pedestrian streets, trendy shops and restaurants, and is also home to Santa Maria del Mar, an absolutely beautiful site in Barcelona. This neighborhood is perfect for those looking to live in a great area that’s within walking distance of other neighborhoods in the historic center and is also near the UB (Universitat de Barcelona) and Universitat Pompeu Fabra campuses in the center of the city, perfect for postgraduate students at those campuses. The apartment also has plenty of traditional décor features along with plenty of modern appliances and fresh paint, giving you modern comforts and the feel of Barcelona’s historic homes. The area of the apartment is 160 m2. There is a balcony in both twin bed bedrooms.
What we liked the most
- There’s a beautiful dining room table that seats six people
- The apartment has a chimney in the living, something that’s not all too common, and a beautiful exterior balcony
- The apartment has A/C, ideal for humid Barcelona summers
- There are beautiful ceilings in the bedrooms
- There’s a beautiful open kitchen with all of the appliances you could need (including a dishwasher!)
