A superb 70 sqm two bedroom apartment with one bathroom offering a luxurious and comfortable living space. This exterior apartment is quiet and silent, situated overlooking a courtyard rather than the street. It is located in a handy central location on Career Diputacio in the neighborhood of L'Eixample, within close proximity to Passeig de Gràcia, one of Barcelona's most important streets, leading directly from Plaza de Catalunya at the top of Las Ramblas. Exploring the city and beyond will be easy, with Passeig de Gràcia Station also located within a five minute walk. This is one of Barcelona's most central and busiest railway stations as well as being an important stop for the Barcelona Metro network. The owner of this apartment owns several apartments within this building with a similar layout and facilities as this one, which are also available for rent.
What we liked the most
- With polished floors, freshly painted windows and top quality equipment, this apartment has been carefully designed to provide its occupants with a comfortable and elegant living space.
- We love the bright and bold artwork chosen to decorate the apartment, adding a touch of colour into the design.
- The open plan dining/living area is bright and sunny with two big windows overlooking a courtyard. It is well appointed with a big sofa bed, two leather armchairs, a flat screen TV attached to the wall and a dining table with six chairs.
- Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds, making this apartment a great option for families.
- There is a fully equipped modern kitchen and big bathroom containing a large bathtub and a washing machine. Iron and ironing board are also provided.

- The bedrooms are interior, but both have windows overlooking a light-well.
