This three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on Carrer de la Canuda in the middle of Barcelona’s Barri Gòtic, or Gothic Quarter. This is in the heart of the historic central of Barcelona, located to the right of Les Rambles and adjacent to El Born. This apartment is ideal for those looking to live in the heart of Barcelona’s rich history that dates back to the original Roman city of Barcimo and also be able to access L’Eixample and the rest of the city. This is a perfect apartment for those studying at the UB (Universitat de Barcelona) or the Universitat Pompeu Fabra campuses in the center of the city, and also is within walking distance of Plaça de Catalunya, which not only separates the historic center from L’Eixample, but also boasts a huge public transit hub, offering service on the TMB and FGC Metro lines as well as FGC commuter trains, perfect for those studying at campuses in the north of the city or at ESADE in Sant Cugat de Vallés or the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) in Bellaterra on Sabadell. The area of the apartment is 120 m2.
