A sunny 2 bedroom apartment featuring one twin room and one double room. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a separate laundry room. In this comfortable exterior flat you will find single electric heaters to be used in the winter months, and one portable air-conditioning unit for summer. This apartment is located on Carrer de Lepant, a picturesque street in the neighborhood of Poblenou, right next to L'Auditori, a music venue with 3 auditoriums, where you can enjoy of a variety of concerts, including performances by the city's symphony orchestra. Other attractions within the area include the beach, the Olympic Village and Parc de la Ciutadella.
What we liked the most
- As you enter the flat you will find a hallway furnished with a desk with a computer and a large bookshelf, making it an ideal space to work or study.
- Both bedrooms have large standalone wardrobes, and bedroom 2 has its own TV.
- The living area is bright and spacious, furnished with 2 sofas, a TV and a dining table for 4.
- There is a gorgeous balcony overlooking the L'Auditori which can be accessed from both the living area and bedroom 2.
- There are 2 bathrooms, one of them is larger and has a bathtub, and the other one is smaller and has only a shower.
- Staying in this apartment you will have the privilege of living within walking distance to Barcelona's amazing beaches .
Things to keep in mind
- There is one room which you will not be able to access as it is used as a storage space by the owner.
- Bedroom 1 is interior, but has a window overlooking a light-well.
