This stylish 1-bedroom 65 sqm apartment has been recently refurbished and offers a comfortable and pleasant living environment for up to 2 people. It is centrally located on Carrer d'Ataülf in the Barri Gotic, a short walk away from famous La Rambla. The popular Moll de la Fusta, a gorgeous waterfront promenade with seats, restaurants and cafes is located seven minutes away. You will also be located within close proximity from two metro stations, providing you with easy access to other areas of the city. The apartment has several added bonuses, including air-conditioning, a washing machine, and a balcony that allows for 3rd floor views.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is well equipped with a great range of furniture and accessories while being free of clutter, creating a roomy and clean look.
- It is also simply but nicely decorated throughout. We particularly like the detail of the beautiful photographs chosen to decorate the walls.
- The apartment has heating and air-conditioning, ensuring comfort all year round.
- The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, and offers good storage and counter space to prepare your meals.
