It is centrally located on Carrer d'Ataülf, in the Barri Gotic, a short walk away from famous La Rambla. The popular Moll de la Fusta, a gorgeous waterfront promenade with seats, restaurants and cafes is located seven minutes away. You will also be located within close proximity from two metro stations, providing you with easy access to other areas of the city.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is charming and full of character.
  • It has central air-conditioning and heating, so it will be nice and cozy year-round.
  • For added convenience, all utilities are already set up and included in the monthly rent.
