This apartment is just a short walk away from the famous La Rambla, where tenants can enjoy bars, restaurants, cafés and local shops. The popular Moll de la Fusta, a gorgeous waterfront promenade with seats, restaurants and cafes is located 7 minutes away. The interior of the property is very modern and stylish, boasting a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the lower floor. The 2 comfortable bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, each room has a balcony. The property has 1 bathroom to share between tenants.
