This gorgeous flat is spread out over two floors, with a sunny terrace, an open plan kitchen and living area, and a toilet downstairs and the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The main materials used to decorate this apartment are wood and glass, with large windows over both floors, nice parquet floors and wooden ceilings. This designer home is located on Prats de Mollo street, in the upmarket neighborhood of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. This gorgeous residential area is peaceful, secure and has access to many green spaces. You are also very well communicated with one train station and two bus stops situated within close proximity from the apartment.
What we liked the most
- As you step into this home, you will find a huge main room laid out to offer an open plan kitchen, a dining area and a living space with some sofas and the TV.
- There is a fantastic terrace furnished with a table with four chairs and two sun loungers.
- This outdoor space is accessed via some full-length glass doors which take up the whole back wall of the living room, letting in lots of sunlight.
- There is no unnecessary clutter in the rooms, every item of furniture adds value.
- The kitchen is well-equipped with top quality stainless steel appliances.
Things to keep in mind
- The glass staircase is not fully enclosed, and is not suitable for young children.
- The ceiling on the upstairs floor is low.
