A luxurious three bedroom duplex with two bathrooms (one ensuite) offering a superior living space. Everything in this apartment is top quality, from the furniture to the appliances, and the amazing rooftop swimming pool is the icing on the cake, providing you with a fantastic outdoor space where you can sunbathe while you take in the impressive city views. This exterior home is located on Roger de Flor street, in the neighborhood of Poblenou, very close to the Arc de Triomf and the beautiful Ciutadella Park, an extensive green space boasting a zoo, a lake, and several walking trails.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.
- The living area offers a sofa bed, allowing you to host visiting friends or family.
- There is a safe box inside the wardrobe of bedroom 1, allowing you to safely store valuables.
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 have access to a balcony furnished with a table with two chairs.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 1 is located by the living area, behind a sliding door. It has its own ensuite bathroom.
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 are furnished with a single bed with another roll out single bed underneath.
- The washing machine is located on the balcony.
